2. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed differently in writing, projects are invoiced in milestones (for example, a deposit to begin work, with the balance due on completion or delivery). Late payments may result in work being paused until accounts are brought up to date.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials or access we reasonably need (such as hosting, domain or third-party accounts). Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables (such as a completed website or application) transfers to you once full payment has been received. SafeNext Group retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks and non-client-specific code developed during the engagement. Third-party assets, plugins, themes or licensed software remain subject to their own licence terms.
5. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a change request and quoted separately.
6. Website Content
This website, including its text, design and images, is provided for general information about SafeNext Group and our services. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about completeness or accuracy and may update the site at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
